The Goal: Ballistiq has experienced significant growth based upon referrals and satisfied clients. To ensure company growth continues and to reduce dependency on referrals, Ballistiq wanted to identify the best approach to attracting new clients.

The Approach: Plex Inc. was hired to assess and refine go-to-market strategies, to build out a sales plan and work on sales supports such as messaging. Once complete, Plex Inc. would test the plan and refinements using Plex Inc. sales staff.

The Result: Plex Inc. built a significant pipeline of sales opportunities and closed new long term clients through focused outbound sales efforts. Plex Inc. also proved new ideal customer and channel partner profiles.
